Well worth a visit, we enjoyed a couple of relaxing drinks while taking in the most beautiful views of Manhattan by night. We didn’t book, we walked in, however our visit was in January.

The views from Bar 54 at the Hyatt Centric Times Square are just breathtaking. As one of the highest hotel rooftop bars in the city, its reputation is well-deserved. We loved sipping on our cocktails high above the city. The prices are on the higher side, but the quality of the drinks and the stunning setting make it absolutely worth it.

What’s not to love. AMAZING views, fantastic drinks and impeccable service. Expertly crafted drinks from the highest rooftop bar in Manhattan is an experience I would recommend to anyone visiting the city.

The city views were absolutely stunning, and Times Square sparkled below. Service was excellent, with attentive staff always ready to assist. The food was on par for a place of this stature and well presented The overall atmosphere was elegant, but also modern and cool. It was a perfect setting for a special occasion or a night out. I'm definitely going back for more.

Bar 54 is hands down the best rooftop I’ve ever been to in Manhattan! In just one week I went twice – once with friends visiting from the Bahamas and Poland, and another time for a date night with my husband. The views are absolutely breathtaking and something you won’t forget. For sure the best view for the NYE ball drop The drinks are amazing – I had a Pornstar Martini that was honestly the best I’ve ever tried. Incredible atmosphere, great service, and unforgettable experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

• Review Bar 54, Times Square, NY Stayed at Hyatt Centric in Times Square & visited Bar 54 on a cool fall evening and was pleasantly surprised—it wasn’t too crowded at all, which in Times Square feels like a miracle. The service was attentive, friendly, and totally on point. The view is stunning—one of the best panoramic looks over Times Square. Perfect for photos, and the low lighting is basically a built-in beauty filter. Even if you’ve been traveling all day with bags under your eyes, you’ll still look like you’re about to join Sofía Vergara in a perfume ad. Style tip: wear sequins or something sparkly—the lighting loves it and so will your camera roll. Fun vibe, great drinks, and a chic little escape from the chaos below. (Reservations for outside recommended but if u can’t get seats on the deck, don’t hesitate to go out & take ur pics—it’s expected & security won’t kick u out unless it’s super crowded or ur being obnoxious.) Completely blown away, this is THE spot if you’re looking for a rooftop bar with excellent mixology and breathtaking views. The service was top notch, we got seated immediately. Had enough time to really look over the unbelievably unique selection of cocktails. We waited no more than 5 min for each round. Which was quick, considering the volume. However, I am slightly defeated we didn’t arrive earlier to see the sunset, noted for next time!

This was the first bar we visited in NYC! It was dark so we saw the city lights from high up and it started to snow whilst we were there! We were celebrating a special birthday so we’re very pleased that the cocktails were excellent and we were able to get a table without booking beforehand. (visited 26/12/25). Cocktails are pricey, but very good. Would recommend if you’re in the area or staying in the hotel.
